A breakup often involves many changes. Change for most people can be difficult, and it can be especially challenging if you didn’t want the change in the first place. You can feel that you have lost control and the things that you would normally be able to handle can easily send you into emotional turmoil. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

In today’s episode we talk about the different stages we go through after a breakup and how we can deal with the feelings and emotions that accompany them. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
We all deal with breakups in our own way. There is no rule book. Some cry and eat processed food, others go to the gym and work harder than they’ve ever worked. Krystal and I talk about little ways we can look after ourselves and practice self-love, self-care and self-respect while getting over a loss.
