Today we explore different types of leadership, drawing on different models from around the world.

We look at leadership from sports coaches to business executives and discuss different dimensions of leadership - analytical vs intuitive, empathetic vs didactic, supportive vs directive.

By looking at the research of Dr Zenger and Dr Folkman we consider different facets of leadership and which are most effective.

Fair to say we consider lots of answers and conclude nothing concrete! This is a big open topic with lots of "right" answers depending on your context.
