• All the world’s nearly one billion hungry people could be fed on less than a quarter of the food that is wasted in the US, UK and Europe

Our guest for this episode is Tessa Clarke, co-founder with Saasha Celestial-One of the global food-sharing app Olio. (Olio has just moved into non-food items and home-baked items too.)
