It's time to start getting REAL about our diets. This week, Dr. Randy Hines II is going "on call" with Board Certified physician Dr. Jennifer Rooke. Dr. Rooke is certified in the areas of preventative, occupational and environmental medicine and is more than qualified to take us down the road of healthy dieting. From distinguishing the differences of all the fad diets, including vegan, vegetarian and keto, to explaining in detail what we should be putting in our bodies for optimum health. Dr. Rooke also breaks down what a plant based diet consists of and how it has been shown to reserve some conditions such as hypertension and diabetes. Not only does she give us information and tips for preventing some of the most common diseases and health risks, but her care and compassion for the health and wellness within our community is exemplified every step of the way!
