Happy Black History Month! We are continuing the "Black History Month Series": celebrating Black OTs (students, new grads, and practitioners) who represent the < 5% of the profession.

Meet Courtney (IG: @theoccupationalmindset) one of my favorite OT sisters/friend from OT school. We graduated in different years, but we bonded with the knowledge of knowing that we were the only Black OT students in our cohorts. In this episode, we talk about some moments we faced during our OT program as Black students as well as some things that we are most proud of being Black OTs.
