Ben has found his ikigai leading one of the teams at Cheshire Learning and Development Centre, helping adults with learning difficulties make the most of their lives and supporting their entire families at the same time.  A far cry from the Corporate world he used to inhabit.   It's not been an easy ride for Ben to get there but worth all the pain now as he and his team make a difference every single day.
