Welcome back to The DMC Podcast. In today's episode, we discuss a lot about football... You have been warned! This is because the euros did spur on the conversation about togetherness as we saw the country come together throughout the tournament. It was a wild ride and unfortunately, England was not successful in Bringing it Home but nevertheless, they connected with us all and really contributed to the feeling of companionship which flooded the country. Moreover, we discuss how we can promote more togetherness at work and what already occurs in the workplace to do this, this also applies to those in more of an academic setting too with respect to school and university. Manny and Joseph have their say on teambuilding exercises and their honest opinions on what goes on.
