The Collective LHE & Makery is Autumn's first brick and mortar business and she enjoys bringing her love of creating experiences, event planning and curating beautiful apparel, home decor and gifts in this creative space, especially in the town she believes is a hidden gem, with lots of growth potential for independent businesses. Autumn is also the founder of The Public, a speech and leadership coaching firm. She loves to champion, and encourage people to find their voice, speak confidently and live their best lives. She is a mother of 3, active in her community, and as a self-proclaimed “queen of connecting the dots,” she loves gathering friends and family over her almost-famous gumbo.   In this episode, Autumn shares her experience with "pivoting" well before it became the trendy word of 2020.
