I am passionate about Human Resources Management, not just in the graphs, the charts, and the statistics, but in the Human in there that drives all the other processes.

 As opined by Perry Timms, HR champions are the gatekeepers in any organization, and as such, the current capitalist approach to value creation is killing our planet and our people. Businesses need to move beyond solely profit-seeking. He describes this as the Human Economic Manifesto. 

I have come to realize that you manage resources, but people love to be led in achieving goals, seeing themselves in the big picture, that unit that completes the whole.
The business environment and the players cannot but take cognizance of this to rethink the HR structure, approach, and practice in positioning organizations for real profit that reveals itself as prosperity.
