We are backkk! Today's episode we have our second guest of our 4-week series titled "Who's Lovin' You?" where I will be having conversations with black men about their experiences, perspectives, & advice when it comes to their mental and emotional health. Today's guest is Hamilton Johnson, a good friend of mine who is from Florida. Hamilton is a recent graduate, former college basketball athlete, and a member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Incorporated. 

Above all else, Hamilton also known as Ham is a strong advocate for mental health and being a safe space for his friends and family. In this episode, he gets into his experiences with facing mental health as an athlete and also shares how he came to find his Identity in Christ.
