Meta Price Valentine is a 44 year old African American female missing from Fayetteville, North Carolina. Meta was last seen October 28th, 2014. Right before her disappearance Meta was nervous and had church members follow her home, even changing her daily route in case she was being followed. A surveillance video showed Meta walking towards her apartment the night she disappeared with a man seemingly jog towards her just seconds after she leaves the camera frame. Reginal McDowell was named a person of interest  and a few years later in March of 2018, Reginald was charged with first degree kidnapping and first degree murder, the problem?
