Gabriel and Paul have been running at least one mile a day for over two years. Sounds easy? Not so fast. The commitment and discipline to do so every day is surprisingly challenging in today's busy world. Yet, that has not stopped my two guests who have been at it for more than 730 days. And they are not the only ones still keeping up with the initial challenge so something is working! The first O2X Mile Challenge started with more than 300 participants, ages from 12-70+, running at all times of the day. Gabriel explains how runners often plan their day around their mile.
Join us for a fun conversation as they share the rules of the road--yes, the mile must be run OUTSIDE--no treadmills allowed! And they offer insights about how the act of running a mile every day develops a disciplined mindset or resiliency that can applied to other aspects of life.
Lastly, my guests remind us that it is never too late to start. And it is fun to have a goal for every day. I hope you will join us for an entertaining and inspiring listen.
