Diamond Bynum is a 27-year-old African American female missing from Gary, Indiana. Diamond has a genetic condition called Prader-Willi syndrome, it is reported she had the mental capacity of a 5-7 yr. old. On July 25th, 2015, Diamonds stepmother woke up from a nap and realized Diamond and her grandson King were no longer in the home.  Family reported the pair missing to the police that day however a search was not conducted until a couple of days later. Family wanted an Amber alert issued, FBI involvement and information handed over to private investigators, but the police refused.
