This week we're talking all about parenting back in the day versus now.

When Sue and Sinead were junior Dirt Birds, they napped on railway tracks for fun (Sinead) and stayed out on the green each day playing rounders for 18 hours (Sue). But kids these days just ain't the same. And now, as we're now winging it as parents, we decided to get an expert in to give us some much needed advice.

In this episode we talked to Helen Neary, a chartered coaching psychologist who shared her expertise and knowledge on all things parenting. Get out your pen and paper because Helen gave us so much great advice (and Sue and Sinead brought the lols). Enjoy!
