Introducing the one and only Robbie Balenger!!!! Robbie is Lettuce Grow's very own plant-based performance athlete. Residing in Colorado, Robbie JUST set the world record for the number of times someone has run around New York's Central Park, IN ONE DAY. Let's just say, he ran more in 24 hours than Tara or Stephanie have run in a year. And, he's done it all on the energy gained from PLANTS! We loved getting to know Robbie and getting an in depth look into his plant-based life!
