In this week's episode of All1nclusive Tracy and Bhavna battle it out on the reported fate of West Side Story! Was the show's cancellation due to a lack of diversity taking things too far? Are people being a bit melodramatic or is this a necessary progressive step for progress in our society today?
Bhavna can't help but gush about the newest season of the reality TV show Married at First Sight - otherwise known as MAFS, which unveiled their first Indian Style Wedding! Tracy and Bhavna talk about the unseen women of colour and debate if with all these newly-wed couples - the show is reaching its diversity goals. Is it really fair to blame producers for the lack of diversity in television? As two women from different backgrounds themselves, Tracy and Bhavna discuss how much rides on the line for WOC in love relationships – especially if they're saying "I do" under fiery studio lights. What could possibly be at risk if they walk down that aisle on TV!?
In this week's what would YOU do? Tracy and Bhavna consider a situation where a client may have an objection to working with a transgender employee. Should that be factored into their suitability for the role, even if they were the best fit? Hell No! Doesn't this equate to discrimination? Join the debate and find out.
