Before we get into the episode, the two bois at Don't Tread on Weebs want to mourn the recent passing of Kentaro Miura; we found out he passed after he recorded this episode, but his works are a large part of what inspired the love of anime in the DToW crew, and we are forever grateful for the stories he told. Rest in peace.

This week, the DToW bois try to explain why the current "worker shortage" is a both a con by business owners to keep wages down, and the result of years of stagnation of the American minimum wage. On our continuing Berserk saga, we watch episodes 5-8, and begin to realize that things in Midland may be a bit weirder than they first appeared.
