Ian Williams is an author, speaker, and business advisor. As an author and speaker his work focuses primarily on personal development and spiritual maturation. As a business advisor, he works primarily with mission driven organizations on the front lines of social and environmental justice to help them build capacity and grow healthy cultures through process optimization, wellbeing integration, and environmental restoration.   He has a Master’s in Public Affairs (MPA) with an emphasis in Leadership Strategy and Organizational Culture from the University of Minnesota. His background in mindfulness, systems thinking, and regenerative design informs his work.
