Happy new year! It's the first episode of 2024, and Hannah is joined by Caggie Dunlop. Hannah went on Caggie's Saturn Returns retreat in October last year and not only was it all sorts of magical, they bonded over their spiritual awakenings and search for true purpose in this world. Caggie dives into the details of how she has ended up where she is today, hosting her podcast and leading her community ‘Saturn Returns’. Caggie explains what happens during our saturn returns and how we can best navigate what can sometimes be a tricky time. Hannah and Caggie discuss the term ‘sober curious’, which Caggie coined herself a few years ago when she changed her relationship to alcohol.
