Riding the white-capped waves of the cool Atlantic Ocean we travel deeper for an in-depth, behind the scenes look at the fascinating concept of 🅠🅤🅐🅝🅣🅤🅜 🅗🅔🅐🅛🅘🅝🅖 🅗🅨🅟🅝🅞🅢🅘🅢 🅣🅔🅒🅗🅝🅘🅠🅤🅔 (QHHT).  
Speaking with Practitioner, Wanda Amos, who gently guides us through the inner workings of this powerfully transformative experience - to the other side where no two people and no two sessions are ever the same.  
Throughout the season we will speak with Amos, to gain a bit of background, before travelling within - where I take the opportunity to investigate this therapeutic approach for myself.
