In this episode, I chat with Ian Marber. Having been passionate about food from an early age, Ian’s interest in food and nutrition was piqued when diagnosed with coeliac disease when he was in his late twenties. Ian went on to give up a successful career in investment to study nutrition and as well as writing multiple books and form several nutrition businesses including his nutritional consultancy, he also advises companies on food label information and legal aspects to nutritional content. I've followed Ian's weekly twitter poll for a while now where he posts 2 nutrition-related bits of nonsense from the world of social media under the hashtag #nutrtibollocks. It was great to talk about the misinformation in the industry and why it's a real problem in the current climate
