The Lead Consultant of Betaworka Partners and a Tony Elumelu Entrepreneur, Teju Fola-Alade is a Certified Human Resource Management Professional, a member of the Chartered Management Institute, UK and the Chartered Institute of Marketing, UK and sits across various training boards & HR bodies.
Boasting of extensive experience in start-ups and within commercial environments, championing HR activities and setting up departmental structures for SMEs and organizations and training employees on critical learning pain points, Teju holds a BSc Degree in English Studies from Babcock University & an MBA from Roehampton University, alongside several diplomas and post graduate certifications from Lagos Business School, Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM UK), Svarna Training Institute (Dubai) and a valuable member of Human Resource Certification Institute (PHRi) and American Certification Institute (CHRMP). She is also an alumnus of Pacific Group of Companies, Airtel Nigeria, Konga.com, Cars45 Jiji, and Optimum Exposures (A member of Troyka).
Highly passionate about her areas of interest, and with a pursuit for best practices and delivery within challenging environments where excellence, leadership, and teamwork are paramount, Teju has a keen desire for delivering results and a strong passion for social re-engineering and redefining adult learning in Nigeria.
