However, both wives are wonderful mothers and don't need a nursing background to be good at taking care of sick kids. Mike shares about a time where he was "learning" the ropes of communication with his wife through the first time his kid got sick. While Chase shares how he always defaults to his wife in this matter. 

Communication is key (like always) and making sure both parents are on the same page on how to deal with sickness is important. Finding a community to lean on with questions that you might have is important. Doing what you feel right for your kid is important.
