Hal Cranmer is a former Air Force pilot and the founder of A Paradise for Parents Assisted Living, a network of residential care homes in Arizona designed to offer seniors a better, more personalized quality of life. After spending over two decades in aerospace and manufacturing, Hal transitioned into elder care with a mission to create a different kind of assisted living experience—one where people get healthier and even return home.
Guided by his military background and entrepreneurial spirit, Hal focuses on nutrition, movement, emotional healing, and dignity as cornerstones of care. He has helped residents reverse diabetes, regain mobility, and experience dramatic cognitive improvements—all while reducing dependence on medications and institutional models.
“We’re not trying to keep people in assisted living. We’re helping them get well enough to go home.”
