Following the World Para Athletics Championships which took place in New Delhi this year, British athlete Dan Pembroke retained his title by taking gold in the javelin throw for the third time in a row.

Now, that he has time to catch his breath following an intense period of training and preparation, Dan is joining us to reflect on how it all went and to share some exciting personal news.
