I found out today how Gill's personality is why she is so successful but also why she is so content in her life now and this isn't something that she has always felt. Gill made a huge risky decision to leave her teaching job after 23 years just as lockdown hit but listening to her chat today I'm sure you'll agree this risk was the best decision she ever made.
