Emotions are the building block of our mental state. Maintaining a balance of our emotions is of paramount importance for a healthy and successful life. But, in reality, our emotions the most challenging aspects of our existence and we fall prey to them. 

So, is it bad to experience certain emotions and ignore some? Why is there a need to even master or even understand our emotions? Why can't we let it just be? 

Young professionals, graduates and students across the are now going through a phase that has multiplied their emotional challenges.
