Overall, almost all parks require the commercial use authorization and commercial liability insurance. 

A printed copy of the CUA and proof of insurance have to be available as your group enters the park. I urge all tour leaders to double check the road books before departure as driver and tour guide are liable and responsible. Repeated infractions can get you barred from the park.

The National Parks Service has been talking about designing a nationwide system to make it easier to obtain passes and pay fees in advance
