Phil oversaw the growth of the platform to enable thousands of projects to collectively raise over 100 million pounds to become the UK's largest crowdfunding platform and a major force for good. This guy is not only inspirational, this guy absolutely knows and lives his purpose working at the heart of a purpose driven organisation.
