TOBY’S TIPS:
  • any aerobic exercise is beneficial for boosting a specific brainwave, which is neurogenesis, AKA, the creative brain cells

  • cut out the sugar! it causes inflammation in the brain (and everywhere in your body) 

  • eat healthy fats (coconut oil, olive oil, ghee avocados, eggs…)

  • be cognisent of the people + the energy you surround yourself with
