As RNIB’s Chief Executive Matt Stringer was away for this week’s update recording RNIB Connect Radio’s Toby Davey was joined by Vivienne Francis RNIB’s Chief Social Change Officer. 

Vivienne began by talking about how the new Marks & Spencer accessible greeting cards and first ever Braille gift cards are showcasing how innovation is helping to drive social change around sight loss. Also how connecting with the media with the many articles featuring the RNIB around the closure of railway ticket offices has helped to drive social change too. Vivienne ended by sharing the RNIB’s plans for the up-coming round of party political conferences.
