Hello! Welcome to Episode 7 of Season 2, which is all about “curing” procrastination. Today I’m talking about how we all have limitations and a finite ability to get things done. Accepting this reality has been part of my journey to create a healthier “ecosystem” where procrastination isn’t as much of an issue for me. Judging myself as a procrastinator doesn't always have to do with actual procrastination - sometimes it’s about having unrealistic expectations.
And, surprisingly, as I prepared to record this episode, I realized that sometimes I’d rather label myself as a procrastinator than to do the grief work involved in admitting my limitations having to prioritize my tasks.
A reminder, I’ll be launching a course/book study in 2023 that talks about setting realistic goals that you don’t have to beat yourself up to accomplish.
