In March 2018 after some traumatic events our host Jim McCann was a recluse for a month, attempting to drink himself into an early grave.  In our 20th episode he shared in candid detail with our listeners how suicidal thoughts and depression have dogged him his whole life.  After this period Jim was diagnosed with type-one Bipolar disorder (formerly known as manic depression).   In this weeks show Jim reflects on that period and the steps he is taken since.
