My special guest today is Jay Cartasano aka The Mad One. He is an entrepreneur, and the owner of The Top of the World Hair Studio in downtown Toronto. Originally from the Philippines where he faced harsh life realities and living conditions, he is someone who is quite familiar with adversity and understands what it takes to persevere. He is an inspiration to many, and through his own growth process & awareness, he now provides others with a platform to succeed.
