It's Christmastime, for many performers it's audition time, which also means it's acceptance/rejection time.

Performers in the creative industries have to audition for opportunities in order to further their careers, and it's likely that for every ten auditions a performer does only one of those will be successful. Therefore, 90% of the time performers are facing, handling and processing rejection.

Alex and Helen can't help but ask themselves why it is they were never taught to handle rejection?
