This manifests in the way people respond to societal changes, stress, trauma, and day-to-day interactions. She shares her own traumatic experiences and the way she was able to overcome the extreme stresses of her circumstances.

Elisabeth teaches that stress responses, when managed with intention, allow us to return from dysregulated states quicker to allow us to show up as our best selves despite overwhelming stresses.

Not only does this allow us to physically feel better and have more meaningful relationships, it even acts as a disease prevention mechanism as chronic stress is actually a primary cause for disease. Elisabeth also teaches that, by being regulated and listening to the body, our higher minds can guide our journey of finding our purpose.
