It wasn't the practical tips and tricks that they are still turning over in their minds, rather the non-tangible benefits that they connected with such as releasing energy to pursue life goals, deeper connections with others, intimacy of smaller spaces, becoming more truly 'you', and being so amazed and proud of yourself for having taken on this challenge.
