Elle and Wilmer are worn out after a 20 hour round trip to London for various reasons including them appearing at a Q and A session for Small Business Britain "Green Growth".

Elle admits defeat when it comes to trying to make nutritious meals for the family mainly due to decision fatigue and the lack of rest with work and personal life.

Looks like the BBC are airing their Dragons' Den episode again on Thursday 16th so they are preparing for a busy week ahead.
