My guest for today's episode is Jai Arrow from the South Sydney Rabbitohs.

Jai is a Queensland Origin star and one of the best young forwards in the NRL. He's tough & uncompromising, but also one of the most laid back guys you will meet.

Throughout this episode we talk about a number of topics including his difficult move from the Gold Coast Titans to South Sydney.
