In this interview I speak with Michelle E. Dickerson on the topic of Mental Health Awareness and her book Breaking Into My Life. Michelle has spent years trying to eradicate the mental health stigma in the workplace, among our teens and to all people that will listen. She shares from her own childhood experiences with having a mother with a mental health issue. She seeks to help people to understand this topic and learn sensitivity in dealing with others. This is significant, if we consider that more a 14 million Americans and 450 million people across the world have mental illness.
