Sharing our personal experiences as well as listener experiences being people of color and the different adversities we have faced and continue to face day to day. It is easy to unknowingly turn a blind eye to acts of racism, prejudice and microaggressions when they do not directly affect us, but it's important to acknowledge when these acts are occurring and the need for compassion and kindness for those who are experiencing it.
