In this episode, Heather talks about restricting access to those non-VIPs in her life or who put only a little amount of effort, as well as how to grant access to others and at what cost. Considering that we occasionally grant access to those who do not deserve it, this episode is also a reminder that "Not everyone deserves access to your life." Cut off access to you from those who don't deserve it to free up the space and energy inside of your thoughts—PROTECT YOUR PEACE.
