Season 2 Episode 3

You may notice that I use the words "like," "buuuuuut," "aaaaand," and "so" extensively as verbal fillers. I'm working on it, I promise. 

You may also notice that this episode is a little messy. Well that is because I am messy. And so is shame. And when you put messy people with messy things you get a big mess.

These thoughts are my starting point and just things I have learned and patterns I am trying to recognize in myself and break.
