Hey there fruitful garden,
This episode begins a series on implementing change/growth within our lives. There are a lot of beliefs that we hold onto that keep this from happening. If we can be brave enough to face them and start to embrace a loving belief - we will start to see our lives move in that direction.

* ways to evaluate your perspectives for change,
* detoxing your life from what holds you captive or able to apply social justice,
* identifying how God sees you vs the ways you saw yourself to survive &
* how your belief systems and stories you tell yourself can keep you from enjoying your life.
