Comparison is pretty much the opposite to compassion, so Alex's talks through how comparison can ruin any event or moment, while compassion keeps you in your own lane and doing what lights you up without getting pulled away by what others are doing instead.

There's a big emphasis on yoga teachers, but to be honest this could apply to so many jobs, workplaces and relationships. The focus next time will be how this impacts as a yoga participant or in the gym etc.
