Julian works in people operations and HR technology in the IT industry. I’m focused on Human Resources Information Systems including Workday where I work to optimize the system and focus on improving the employee experience.

Outside of work, I am very into sports, I grew up a huge baseball fan and I got recruited to TCNJ to play baseball before getting injured and retiring. I’m very interested in the intersection of sports and business and aside from sports, I have a passion for business, psychology, and self improvement books, podcasts, traveling, baking and good restaurants.
