A recent New York Times article about the gender pay gap got Dr. Hallowell thinking about his own personality traits and wondering if he would be richer, more well-known and more successful if he were less agreeable in life.  Ultimately, Dr. H wouldn't change who he is and instead suggests, "Take stock of who you are naturally and try to look kindly on that."
