In this episode, we chat with Erin Guidarelli about her role as an Athletic Trainer in the industrial setting. Erin is based out of the Pacific Northwest and stays busy working at multiple sites, managing technologies for her company, and combatting the ever looming hand/finger pain. Erin is the epitome of "see a need, fill a need" as she has put her head down on multiple occasions to figure out how to decrease the impact of work tasks on her workforce's hands and fingers.
