BIO:
From extreme suffering to true healing, I have found effective tools and techniques that are truly healing solutions. Being hit by a drunk driver while walking and left with no recourse other than the doctors recommendation for narcotics, I was guided by spirit to find true healing. The human body is designed to heal itself continuously throughout its lifetime. The definition of health is the ability of the systems of the body to function properly. Our biggest health issue is our environment. Stress, trauma, and toxicity are rampant in our society. The body does not heal when it is stressed, unsafe, or toxic. The common thread in all I have found is resourcing the body with what it needs to function properly; a combination of detox and nourishment. In clearing toxins and providing basic resources to the body we enable and enhance it’s natural healing mechanisms. I am excited to share what I’ve learned with you! We can heal, we can feel good, and we can thrive!
