Let's be honest: tertiary education can be expensive and sadly, many people do not get the opportunity to pursue their dreams. However, HELB is here to help. The Higher Education Loans Board (HELB) is a State Corporation that offers financial support to Kenyan students seeking higher education in TVETs, Colleges, and Universities.
